Came down here Sunday morning to check it out after seeing them online. We loved the atmosphere and vibe. It's in a very quiet part of town and is a great place to come and grab coffee and relax. Our drinks were both good! They're slightly on the sweeter side, so if you're not a fan, be sure to ask for a little less sweet. We're looking forward to coming back when their kitchen is open as they had it closed for the morning for an unforeseen reason that wasn't anybody's fault! The food on the menu and photos look amazing. Definitely worth the trek to try it out and I can't wait to update when we're able to make it back for food!

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I decided to check it out! I went on a Saturday morning and there was a line, but it wasn't too bad. I really wanted to try the Breakfast Burrito, but unfortunately they had run out for the day. I ended up ordering a Vanilla Latte and the Egg Pig'Cante Breakfast Sandwich. My coffee was okay, there was a bit too much milk for my liking. The breakfast sandwich was sooo good, I'd come back just to have it again! I didn't have time to stay and hangout, but they have an outdoor area that's super cute.

Cute spot in West Sac that is a charming converted house. Lots of outdoor garden and patio seating - in fact I think the majority of the seating is outdoors. So if it is a super hot day, you may want to reconsider. However the patio area does have fans overhead. The menu trends towards healthy Californian, with vegan sandwiches ranging from $14 to a chicken sandwich priced at $17.50. They also have salads, but haven't tried those yet. The sandwiches are where it's at. I wouldn't necessarily dine in if you're in a rush, but for a catch up healthy lunch I highly recommend!

Great food, coffee drinks are up to par, overpriced but feels like you're paying for on-site dining experience/atmosphere along with the food. Service is cafe style - order at counter, get numbered stand and pick your spot in the backyard, then they bring your order out when ready. Good bougie lunch spot with coworkers or family.

Food - 5 stars Ambiance - 5 stars Service - 1 star Overall = 3.5 Stars The food here is always fresh and full of flavor. They have some of the best sandwiches in town, served in a unique and comfortable backyard setting with picnic tables and lounge chairs set up under fruit trees. When the weather is nice, there's no better place to hang out and enjoy a meal. However, my issue with Treehouse is the service. You order at the counter, and like many restaurants, they flip the register to prompt you for a tip (which I did) before you receive your food. The counter and food servers were quite rude. Besides taking your order and bringing your food out, everything else is self-service. You get your own water and return dirty dishes. We ordered two sandwiches with plans to share them, but one was not cut in half. When I asked for a knife, I was told to go back inside and request one. This involved re-entering through the front door and waiting for the person in front of me to order before I could ask for a knife. It may seem trivial, but after waiting 40 minutes in the heat for our food and then having to go through the hassle of getting a knife after already tipping for what I assumed would be proper service, I was left wishing I had chosen somewhere else for lunch.

This place is the bees knees and is definitely my favorite brunch spot in Sacramento! We got lucky during our visit and this spot was walking distance from our Airbnb. The space: MUCH bigger than you'd think! They have a ton of seating outside and it's such a nice space. They also very kindly put a sign up by the kitchen that sometimes it can get a little intense and they advise families not to sit right there. We were just a bunch of 20 somethings so we gladly sat next to the window but I totally get that for families and thought that was super considerate of them! The drinks: I had a lavender honey matcha (I think it was called and ultra violet) and it was PHENOMENAL! It was definitely my favorite matcha I've ever had and I'm just sad I don't actually live close to this place! The food: my friend had a breakfast burrito that she absolutely loved! I ordered a caprese sandwich and it came out grilled which surprised me but it was so good! They made it with a delicious pesto and the cheese and tomato were perfectly portioned. It was the perfect start to my morning. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!!

Parking is street parking. They have plenty of outdoor seating available, but no indoor seating. They do have barstools inside, but it's more cramped. You first order and then find a seat. I ordered the Avocado Toast and it was really well seasoned! They also gave sooo much avocado, it was delicious. The bread was really tough though, it was so hard to cut. But nevertheless, it was a delicious toast. Recommendation(s): - Avocado Toast Service: 5/5 Tip(s): - Street parking - Plenty of outdoor seating available - Restroom inside - Accept Apple Pay
